- Zain Ali’s career in the Criminal Justice system began in 2004 when he was hired as a Court Clerk. His employment allowed him an opportunity to observe numerous Counsel and their styles of practice. Mr. Ali was also at liberty to speak directly to Judges on various legal issues. These experiences provided a unique foundation to his legal career. Mr. Ali clerked for over 11 years prior to attending law school. In 2015, Mr. Ali was accepted into the law program at Thompson Rivers University. Mr. Ali spent his summers during law school as an articled student for Paul Del Rossi, a senior Criminal Defence lawyer in Surrey. Upon completion of law school, Mr. Ali articled on a full-time basis for Paul Del Rossi. Called in May of 2019, Mr. Ali has represented clients throughout the Lower Mainland. Mr. Ali has amassed a considerable amount of court experience conducting a variety of legal work, including bail and sentencing hearings, as well as trials. Mr. Ali is active in the soccer community and is fluent in Hindi.
